Main Courses

Breast of Chicken stuffed with mushroom and brie served with dauphinoise potatoes & glazed vegetables
Shank of seasonal Lamb roasted with garlic and rosemary, served with fondant potato, savoy cabbage and fine beans
Roasted Sea Bass with sweet potatoes, and roasted root vegetables
Scottish Salmon with crushed New Potatoes and garlic, Cherry Tomatoes and Petit Pois
